Estimated Delivery Times

We offer fast and reliable delivery, tailored to your location:

  • Dubai: Same-day delivery for orders placed before the daily cut-off time.
  • United Arab Emirates (excluding Dubai): Next-day delivery.
  • Saudi Arabia: Next-day delivery.
  • Other GCC countries (Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar): Within 4 business days.
  • International destinations: Up to 10 business days, depending on location and customs procedures.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.

  • UAE orders: Starting from AED 20
  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas, additional items, or excess weight
  • International orders: May include fuel surcharges, customs duties, VAT, and handling fees based on local regulations

Duties and Taxes

  • UAE and GCC orders: Duties and VAT are typically included in the total at checkout.
  • International orders: Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available within the UAE and GCC countries
  • A flat COD handling fee of AED 8 will apply
  • COD is not available for international orders

Return and Exchange Policy

At Lauvero, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a smooth and flexible return process.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

How to Return

  • UAE: We offer door-to-door pickup; a small fee may apply depending on location.
  • GCC: Returns are handled upon request; shipping, customs, and return fees may apply.
  • International: Customers are responsible for return shipping and related fees, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange free return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Orders that are refused, canceled after dispatch, or returned due to an incorrect address will be treated as a delivery attempt. Full shipping and handling charges may apply.
